Programs Offered: Tiny Tots-(1 year old) Our teachers design a program specific to the needs of young children and create an environment that is physically safe, cognitively challenging, and emotionally nurturing. The class time is arranged so it includes a snack and indoor/outdoor play. Activity sheets are sent home to keep parents aware of the children’s daily activities. Toddler Tech-(2 years old) The toddler class is for children age two by September 1. Toddler Tech is based on weekly themes with activity centers that create a fun “play” environment where children can explore and discover, stretch their imagination, and develop their self-confidence, while learning to respect each other. Each week children will participate in themed activities to learn. The children will work monthly on colors, shapes, and numbers. The class time is structured to include a snack and indoor/outdoor play. Activity sheets are sent home to keep parents aware of the children’s daily activities. Class time is from 8-11 am. Preschool Class-(3 years old) The preschool class is for children age three by September 1. Our preschool class is based on weekly themes with activity centers that create a fun “play” environment where children can explore and discover, stretch their imagination, and develop their self-confidence, while learning to respect each other. Each week children will participate in activities and centers to learn colors, shapes, numbers, and alphabet letters. The class time is structured to include a snack and indoor/outdoor play. Monthly lesson plans are posted to keep parents aware of the children’s daily activities. Class time is from 8-11 am. Note: All Preschool students need to be potty trained, special exceptions apply. Pre-kindergarten Class-(4 and 5 years old) The pre-kindergarten class is for children age four by September 1. Our pre-kindergarten class is specifically designed to prepare children for kindergarten. Readiness, phonics, printing, motor skills, numbers, language development, and social skills are taught along with a weekly theme. The class is structured to include a snack and indoor/outdoor play. Monthly lesson plans are posted to keep parents aware of the children’s daily activities. Class time is from 8-11 am. Before and After School Care-(5 to 12 years old) Our before and after school programs are for school children ages 5 – 12 as well as those youngsters who spend their days with us. This care is available in the mornings from 6:30 A.M. until 8:00 A.M. and in the afternoons starting at 2:30 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. School age children may attend during holiday breaks, weather related school closings, and the summer season. Weekly camps during the summer will provide interesting and stimulating learning experiences.
