Small School, BIG TALENT!
Our senior art students set up the CCCS Art Display at the Bloomsburg Fair, featuring artwork from students in 1st through 12th grade!
The seniors also designed and created a scarecrow for the Scarecrow Competition.
All of these artistic creations can be found in the Educational Building. Stop by to check out the work from our wonderful artists!
Student Council Field Trip!
On Friday, September 18, Student Council representatives, class officers, and Bible study leaders enjoyed a field trip to Rohrbach’s and Big Dan’s BBQ. The day included meaningful discussions and planning sessions focused on helping students develop Christlike leadership skills, as well as preparing activities and Bible studies for the student body.
Mr. and Mrs. Bosworth and Mrs. Scheirer shared valuable insights and practical guidance to help strengthen our students’ leadership abilities. The students greatly enjoyed the experience, and we are especially grateful to the Bosworths for serving as our speakers and generously opening their facilities to our students.
7th Annual Non-Profit Mixer
Thank you so much to the Columbia Montour Chamber for hosting the 7th Annual Non-Profit Mixer on Wednesday, August 19th at Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community: The Meadows Community Center!
A special thank you to the event sponsors, Community Giving Foundation and Service 1st Federal Credit Union | Friends you can bank, for helping make this incredible evening possible.
It was a wonderful night of fellowship and connection with so many worthy causes in our community.
We at CCCS were especially grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many leaders who are doing incredible work through their missions. We loved sharing our own mission of raising up young men and women in faith and preparing them for the world.
And, of course, we had a little fun along the way with our “Everyone Needs a 'Little Jesus'” raffle! We can't wait to see where those mini-Jesus figurines end up over the next couple of weeks—being gifted to friends, family, coworkers, or maybe even popping up around our communities!
A HUGE thank you to the generous sponsors of our raffle basket:
Anthony & Rebekah Marrazzo - Primerica Senior Vice President
We are so thankful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community of organizations and individuals working together to make a difference.
